Do your ears feel blocked? Has your hearing deteriorated, or do you feel pressure in your ear? Earwax buildup in the ear canal can cause your ear to feel blocked. In addition to a feeling of fullness, symptoms may include ringing in the ears, hearing loss, and sometimes even dizziness.
A blocked ear can be cleared at the pharmacy’s Health Point through an ear irrigation procedure performed by a nurse. Ear irrigation is a safe and effective procedure that removes excess earwax from the ear canal.
To ensure the best possible treatment results, our nurse recommends applying earwax-softening drops ( e.g., Removax, available at pharmacies) to the ear at least two hours before the procedure, but preferably the night before.
If you're not sure whether ear irrigation is right for you, a nurse at the pharmacy's Health Point will assess your situation and advise you on further treatment if necessary.

The driver's medical examination at the pharmacy's Health Point includes consultations with a nurse and a telemedicine doctor. Please bring the forms sent by Traficom with you and fill out the F200 form before your appointment.

This test is intended for you if you have a class A or B driver's license and are under 70 years of age.
Comprehensive driver's medical exam, price €165
This test is intended for individuals who hold a class C or D driver’s license or a taxi license and are over 68 years of age, or for individuals who hold a class A or B driver’s license and are 70 years of age or older.

During a telemedicine consultation, you can receive help with conditions such as urinary tract infections, eye infections, acne, mild skin infections, and upper respiratory tract infections. We also issue short-term sick leave certificates valid for 2–3 days.
Please be prepared to verify your identity with a photo ID and present your Kela card.
Consultation fee €65.11 (incl. Kela reimbursement):The €30 nurse consultation fee is to be paid at the pharmacy counter.
Terveyspalvelu Reseptori Oy will send the customer a separate invoice for the doctor's consultation fee of €35.11.
